ROUTES BY 4 x 4

“Chozo” is the name used by shepherds to refer to a pile of rocks, indicating the presence of a burial mound or a dolmen.
We will visit two areas which are very different from each other: the sandstones of Ordunte and the limestones of el Mazo.
First, we will get to the top of the Plain of Salduero, a very important grazing area due to its peat bogs and plants. From there, we will be heading towards el Mazo, making a stop to see the largest megalithic remains of Biscay. Once in el Mazo, we will leave the car and walk until the window of Relux, a natural frame shaped in the middle of the rock, from where we will be able to see the east of Cantabria and, if the weather helps, the sea.
