THE GIDE

Sergio Fernández Olazabal, the guide, is a Nature and ornithology enthusiast. As a great connoisseur of his native land, he knows everything you need to know about its people, their traditions, and of course, its Nature, its fauna and flora, as well as the mountains that surround Carranza.

He works as a tour and mountain guide, as well as environmental educator in the interpretation centre of the Natural Park of Armañon. Apart from being a true Nature specialist, he is mainly an expert on birds and an excellent communicator, with a great capacity of relation with every kind of visitor.

Moreover, he masters three languages, being Spanish and Basque his mother tongues and fluent in English. In addition, he has already started a French course in order to be able to receive practically the 100% of possible visitors.
